A simple two-door controller designed
to provide basic access control.  Also used often to control gate or fence locking applications. 
Works with all Highpower card readers.

  
The Highpower 3000 Door Controller is a stand-alone controller designed to allow rapid deployment of complicated security installations. The Model 3000 is a control circuit used to provide access control functions for two doors and delayed egress functions for one door.  The controller is designed to store access codes by interfacing with keypads, card readers, biometrics and other 26-bit Wiegand™ type devices.  It is used to control the functions of electromagnetic locks and electric strikes.  It also has a fire alarm circuit that makes it simple to interface the controller to a fire alarm system.  The controller can be used to trigger video recorders during door activity, and can provide alarms for unsecured door conditions.  Designed and manufactured by Highpower, it is produced in our Meriden, CT U.S.A. facility.  Normally furnished as a kit with two P-300 prooximity card readers.

Key Features

Integrated Delayed Egress Controller with BOCA and NFPA 101 compatibility modes.  Delayed Egress Controller provides both an audible and visual LED response on one door.  Delayed Egress countdown interval can be programmed for either 15 or 30 seconds.

Integrated Access Control with two 26-Bit Wiegand™ Ports and one 7-Wire Matrix Keypad Port.  Access control module is designed to work with two doors.

Firmware Version 2 provides simplified programming via an on board keypad or at the Reader with "Add" and "Remove" programming cards acting as a "Shadow Card" system.

Fully stand-alone and field programmable through integrated keypad and led indicators.

Firmware Version 2 supports 510 cardholders in non-volatile EEPROM memory.  

Integrated Latching Fire Alarm Relay Circuit for interfacing the controller to a fire alarm system.

Wiegand™ interface has automatic transmission speed adjustment for compatibility with 26-bit Wiegand readers from many different manufacturers.

 Wiegand™ ports and matrix keypad port support multiple devices connected simultaneously.

Matrix Keypad input for using inexpensive keypads as an access control and programming interface.

 Four main outputs controlled by five timers.  Two outputs are 15 Amp relay outputs and two are 10 Amp FET Transistor outputs.  Outputs are fused and have surge suppression circuitry.  

Door Monitoring on one door with LED response including Anti-Tailgating, Forced Door Alarm and Door Ajar Alarm.

Active Camera output for turning on video recorders and cameras during door events.  

Expansion Port for future expansion modules allowing for future upgrades.

Includes comprehensive instruction manual with system examples, application ideas and advanced usage tips.
